[DRE-maint] Bug#434167: rubygems: gem contents doesn't find package

When I do "gem contents httpclient" it says:
  Unable to find gem 'httpclient' in default gem paths
When I do gem list I get:

    gives something like the functionality of libwww-perl (LWP) in Ruby
