[DRE-maint] libopenid-ruby providing libmac-ruby ?

Hi there,

libopenid-ruby's first upload (thanks to paulvt :)) was reject because
the debian/copyright file was missing copyright information for some
files under lib/. I went to check and found that the files lib/hmac*.rb
are from ruby-hmac: http://deisui.org/~ueno/ruby/hmac.html.

The Right Thing would be to package ruby-hmac, but while there is no
interest on doing that, would it be nice/correct to just add a
"Provides: libhmac-ruby" to libopenid-ruby?

Another thing: the new uploaded package must keep the debian revision
number (so dput nows it has to send the orig tarball together with the
upload), right?
