[DRE-maint] Running tests via setup.rb, or in the CDBS class?

Hi again,

I'm still working on this libgruff-ruby thingy. It contains a battery
of test cases, but they are not being run - Setup.rb knows about them
(as documented in [1]), but does not run them. In order to run them, I
basically did:

$ mkdir test/output
$ for i in test/*; do ruby $i; done
$ rm -rf test/output

But, of course, this does not look beautiful enough to be included in
my debian/rules... What do you suggest?
