Yup - Even better this way, as the behaviour I implemented could be
switched on/off using a variable instead of just guesswork :)
(although, of course, it's still obvious to me that, if you are
calling ruby-setup-rb.mk and lack a setup.rb, you _want_ it to
appear, maybe even magically ;-) )
