[DRE-maint] libqt4-ruby will leave pkg-ruby-extras

  Hello,

  I've had a mail exchange with Adeodato Simó, and it came out that
libqt4-ruby belongs in the kde4bindings package, which will feel more at
home in the Qt/KDE team. As I was alone working on it anyway, I don't
think it should cause trouble to you, but I wanted you to know.

  I'll remove it from the Ruby SVN with the first upload of the
kde4bindings package.
