[DRE-maint] facets package updated

Hi there,

I just finished updating the libfacets-ruby package to upstream version 2.2.1.

I did the work of checking every file for copyright information, and
documented the process, together with the copyright messages for every
file that had one in debian/copyright.

It would be nice if someone could review the package.

The original ITP was already archived:

Should I open a new ITP?
