Thank you for quick reply, Paul.  I did not notice the CDBS doc.  Thanks 
to the doc, I am trying setup.rb class, which is working smoothly so far.
# As pkg-ruby-extras.alioth.debian.org seems not available for now,
# I will check it later.

It would be surely a good idea to include above information to README.
