  I see your point, but see mine: I run svn update, see something has
changed, and the only name mentioned in the changelog is mine ;-)...
Rather unsettling !

  I might be wrong, but maybe, if you don't want to be listed as an
Uploader, then the way to go is NMU-style, even though that admittedly
sounds weird within a team. What are the other's opinion about that ??

  I pay close attention to mails in debian-ruby and
pkg-ruby-extra-maintainers, but I seldom look at the commit logs, since
there is way less information there. Being more visible seldom hurts ;-)...

find(1):

 A `%' at the end of the format argument causes undefined behaviour
 since there is no following character. In some locales, it may
 hide your door keys, while in others it may remove the final page
 from the novel you are reading.
