Boost is already packaged.  deal.ii doesn't use the library, just the
headers, with their inline functions.

Do you need me to remove the contrib/boost/include directory from the
deal.II upstream .tar.gz?  I can probably make it work with the headers
from libboost-dev, with or without contrib/boost in the source tarball.

I just uploaded -3 with proper copyright attribution for the deal.II
contrib/boost directory.  (Sorry, forgot about this message while
building and uploading it, I would have awaited your answer...)
