[DRE-maint] How the team works

Hi guys,

I have a doubt about how works the process to make some package go to
the debian unstable version.

I sent an email asking if someone could review the packages
libnet-ssh-gateway-ruby, libnet-scp-ruby and passenger I didn't get a
reply about that, so my first question is:

  * Is this the correct thing to do?

What I have to do to make the packages go to debian upstream? What steps
I have to follow to do that?

I know that these are stupid questions for you, but I don't understand
yet how it works.

It's stupid, but it's very important to me :)

I appreciate your attention.
