[DRE-maint] Packing Passenger

Hy Guys,

I had some personal problems and I was not present on group. I hope to
help more the ruby team. :)

Someone could take a look o the passenger package?

I already have inject the package on svn. 

It was based on this code:

Is there any problem with this?
