Hi,

FWIW, reproducing this bug is trivial (sorry, I answered before even
looking at the code):

    l1 = Logger.new 'somestring'
    l2 = Logger.new 'whatever'
    l1 == l2

I have submitted this report to the upstream bugtracker:

I am attaching the (yes, trivial) patch to this bug report - I will
