[DRE-maint] Request to join pkg-ruby-extras

Hello,

I would like to join the pkg-ruby-extras team.  I currently maintain
libusb-ruby (in sid), a small library to access USB devices.  I think it
would be nice to do the package maintenance under the umbrella of the
pkg-ruby-extras project.  Of course I would also like to help improve
the quality of other packages.
