Your package fails to build on hurd-i386 after you added uncoditional
build-dependency on libdrm-dev in 0.19.1-1. My guess is that you
needed the dependency because the build system invokes pkg-config,
which exits with an error as dri.pc requires libdrm on GNU/Linux and
GNU/kFreeBSD, but libdrm-dev is not pulled in by the dependency chain
as it should be.
I filed a serious bug against mesa-common-dev (#561781) because of
this, so once it is fixed you can remove libdrm-dev from your
Build-Depends entirely (it should be pulled in on supported archs via
libgtkglext1-dev).
Meanwhile, adding [!hurd-i386] would make ruby-gnome2 buildable again.
