Hi.

You reference /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL in debian/copyright, which
nowadays points to GPL v3. But the original package points to included file
"GPL", which contains v2. Since there is no "or any later version" clause
to be found, you will need to adapt the reference to point to
/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-2 instead.

Please also mention the additional copyright holders mentioned in
odbc.c in debian/copyright.
