I've mailed the maintainer for two other packages he asked to be reviewed
a few months ago.  If he replies I will ask about capistrano.  If not,
you could already update the package for todays standards, add yourself
to the uploaders and maybe change it to maintainer when the time comes.

I hope you two can figure out which of you is going to do this. :P
It has been in WIP far too long, no?
