[DRE-maint] piuparts dependency-does-not-exist, circular-dependency question

Hi,
i added rails (< 2.3) on the redmine package, and piuparts says :
dependency-does-not-exist

Since i know that package version does not support rails 2.3,
was it a bad idea ?

Also the redmine-mysql package depends on mysql-client,
and piuparts says :
circular-dependency

and i don't really get why.

I'd use any advice on this.
