[DRE-maint] Should we rename libwww-mechanize-ruby?

Hi,

As of version 1.0.0, upstream finished the deprecation of the WWW::
namespace in WWW::Mechanize. The project name in Rubyforge is still
WWW::Mechanize, but it is available at
http://rubyforge.org/projects/mechanize/ - so it seems there is also
migration to the shorter name. 

Still, the 'WWW' part is IMO still useful as it clearly states what
the prgram is about, so I am not completely happy about dropping
it. What do you think?
