[DRE-maint] Rubygems 1.3.6 for lenny-backports

As discussed on #debian-ruby yesterday, a backport of 
libgems-ruby/rubygems 1.3.6 is available.

For the moment, sources and "binaries" packages are uploaded into our 
http://debian.tryphon.org repository [0].

If I can help to make the review/upload easier, just ask me ;)
