[DRE-maint] Bug#593325: Do not compress ruby files in /u/s/d/libgtk2-ruby/examples

Hi,

because ruby can't run compressed files, it would be helpful to have the
files in /u/s/d/libgtk2-ruby/examples aren't compressed.
