Excerpt from the Description of the redmine package :

"Dependencies for database support are provided by these metapackages:
 redmine-mysql, redmine-pgsql, redmine-sqlite."

You selected a pgsql backend. It fails. Install redmine-pgsql.
If you did not select anything, then
dpkg-reconfigure -plow redmine
and select proper backend.
