After some times later, the activity (yes, this page is the activity
page of a project) page shows the right layout that the changed theme
is applied.

As you mentioned, browser's cache might cause that.

However, I still wonder why that page only acts different from the others do.
When I change the theme, it's immediately applied to the other pages
except the activity page.
