[DRE-maint] Bug#570179: redmine: fails to install with remote MySQL server

Hi,

I've installed a redmine today (version 0.9.3-3~bpo50+1) and I've got
the same issue.

It looks like the user is created with redmine@$(hostname -s) on the
remote DB server while further it tries to connect with redmine at IP.

The issue maybe exists because the reverse of the IP is not configured
properly.
