Hi,
i'm also waiting, so maybe some notes could help :
- rails 2.3.7 has been released [0].
- since rails 2.3.6, librack-ruby dependency is >= 1.1.0 [1],
  fixing the problem between rails 2.3.5 and rack 1.1.
- using collab-maint v2.3-stable branch, paths in *.install must be corrected :
   cp: impossible d'évaluer « debian/tmp/rails »: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type
   dh_install: cp -a debian/tmp/rails debian/rails//usr/bin/ returned exit code 1
   make: *** [install] Erreur 2
- i guess rails 2.3 is supposed to work with ruby1.9. If that's the case,
  the dependencies in debian/control are wrong. Do rails source package should
  build versions for ruby1.8 and ruby1.9 ?
