[DRE-maint] ruby-json_1.5.1-1_amd64.changes is NEW

Dear ftpmasters,

This source package is a rework of the packaging of libjson-ruby
(already in Debian) with our new helper, gem2deb.

Over the next weeks/months, we are going to migrate all the Ruby
packages already in Debian to this new packaging infrastructure.

It would help us quite a lot if you could fast-track the first dozen of
packages uploaded in that context, since that would help us get early
user feedback. We will ping you after each upload landing in NEW due to
this transition.
