[DRE-maint] Please keep Debian Med informed about heavy changes in BioRuby [Was: Bug#650889: Removed package(s) from unstable]

Note that while the source packages are being renamed, we are keeping
transitional binary packages so that no dependencies are broken during
the Wheezy development cycle.

Those transitional packages are to be removed for Wheezy+1, though.
