Bug description:
Binary package hint: redmine
Upon installing redmine version 0.9.3-1 in Lucid (10.04.1 LTS server -
without rails or ruby previously installed), I'm presented the
following error.
"Setting up redmine (0.9.3-1) ...

Creating config file /etc/dbconfig-
common/redmine/instances/default.conf with new version
Creating config file /etc/redmine/default/database.yml.new with new version

I fixed this by purging redmine and installing the "libmysql-ruby"
package and then reinstalling the redmine package.
