[DRE-maint] adding the package libsession-ruby in the debian archive?

Hi,

I need to use the ruby library 'session'[1] for a project in which I'm
involved. So I've made the debian package for this library.

Before opening an ITP and asking for sponsoring (I'm not yet DM/DD, but
I'll soon apply to become a DM), I wonder if somebody in the RubyExtras team
could review this package and/or tell me if I miss something specific to
the ruby policy.

It is a simple package so I think it will be quick. You could find the
debian package source here :
