[DRE-maint] [Bug 743864] [NEW] Headers for libglib2-ruby1.8 are in ruby-gnome2-dev

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ruby-gnome2

It isn't possible to install only the Gtk2 bindings for Ruby (or even
only Glib2) because of missing headers that have been put into ruby-
gnome2-dev. This package depends on Gnome, which means anyone on a
Kubuntu or Xubuntu will have to install all those Gnome packages for no
good reason.

Every package based on a gem should provide all the files that the gem
provides, otherwise it defeats the point of making the Gnome2 bindings
packaging modular.

** Affects: ruby-gnome2 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
