[DRE-maint] Considering packaging RDBI (successor of ruby-dbi)

[Herwin Weststrate]

According to the forums of ruby-dbi [1] the project is abandoned in
favor of its successor: rdbi [2]. Are there any plans to have this
module packaged for debian?
