[DRE-maint] libstomp-ruby: Newer upstream versions of client available

Hello libstomp-ruby-Maintainers,

since there was no progress this year, I have updated the libstomp-ruby
package.

The new version supports SSL and Ruby 1.9 via upstream.

New package is available via git:

	git at github.com:hggh/libstomp-ruby.git


Could you please update the package?
