Hello again!

I noticed another bug in rgettext.

Please see the test case described in bug #684182 [1].

In that test case, a comment for translators is included for the
string from line 31.
xgettext correctly places this comment before the msgid from line 31.
On the other hand, rgettext also copies it before all subsequent
translatable messages (until another comment for translators is found,
which never happens in this minimal test case...).

I think that this should not happen.

Please fix this bug and/or forward this bug report upstream.
