[DRE-maint] Bug#684798: bundler: Use 'sensible-pager' instead of 'less

Bundler wants to have less installed in order to give information
about itself:

$ bundle --help
sh: 1: less: not found

This can be avoided by substituting 'less' by 'sensible-pager' in
/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/bundler/cli.rb
