[DRE-maint] Bug#655444: one test is failing with ruby 1.8

Since mmap is not ported yet to ruby 1.9, I tried building it only for
ruby 1.8 (and wait till someone port it to 1.9). But one test is
failing.

Paul, Should I go ahead and build the package disabling tests? It
would be nice if we can fix it but I don't have the expertise to fix
it. Since it is already existing bug with old packaging as well, we
won't be introducing a new bug anyway with gem2deb migration.
