[DRE-maint] Bug#655818: libgsl-ruby source package is still in unstable

Hi Daigo,

#655818 is a duplicate of #628264.  But more interesting than that,
libgsl-ruby has been replaced by ruby-gsl in unstable, and this source
package no longer has any binary packages.  For some reason, it isn't
being picked up by the ftpmaster cruft-report tool...!?

Do you have any objection to turning this into a removal request?
