Hi, I am original reporter.

Now my upgrade failed installation of redmine seems to work.

After solving other not related to redmine apache starting problems
after distro upgrade I can log in in redmine and see my projects.

I do not know about the consecuences of the redmine upgrade failure.
Neither do I know if some data model upgrade should have be done leaving
data corrupted. I have navigated from redmine web UI and I can see my
projects and tasks.
