This will almost certainly apply to Debian as well, but as they don't
autobuild Architecture: all packages it will be hidden there. Can you

This is obsolete with current pkgbinarymangler, and can be dropped. So
there is nothing left from the precise delta, and the only remaining
change is the gem2deb build dependency, which is not a merge but a new
bug fix. Retitling accordingly.
