[DRE-maint] Bug#672137: ruby-gnome2: extra libdrm-dev build dependency

Hi,

it seems the libdrm-dev build dependency is not used at all, and
building with and without it gives no difference.
Could you please remove this extra build dependency? (patch attached
for it.)
