[DRE-maint] Bug#705261: ruby-yajl: Missing replaces on libyajl-ruby

Some third-parties have shipped a libyajl-ruby.  ruby-yajl should
conflict+replace it.

I've talked to adsb about this and he was ok with letting this get fixed
for wheezy (as long as the upload happened soon).

I'll fix and upload ASAP
