[DRE-maint] Bug#705332: rainbows: Please run the test suite at build time

Rainbows! upstream provides a test suite that should be run during
package builds.

Unfortunately, the way the test suite is run is a little bit convoluted
and might require the packaging of the 'isolate' gem [1] which might be
tricky to integrate with Debian mechanisms.
