Thanks for your comment. I chose to install none of the html files in
lib/impress_css, since the only line they contained was indeed a
link to Google fonts service. I added a Recommends: fonts-lato. The
other fonts Ultra, Open Sans and PT are not packaged, but the
corresponding CSS files are written to default to system font families. 

I also added a dependency to libjs-mathjax and patched the code
(use_system_mathjax.patch) to use this js library instead of
cdn.mathjax.org service.

I am uploading now a new version.
