Fixed this for applicable files. Three files seem to be authored by
upstream and are mentioned in the license file accordingly.

That is the extra license file included in the upstream source. Does not
seem to be a standard BSD-3-clause license, but instead seems to be a
custom license entirely.

To get a clean Lintian run, I have seen it in other packages IIRC.
Since this does not seem to be wanted I removed the override.
