According to one of the committers to ruby-arel, Active Record 3.2
doesn't work with arel 4, yet the ruby-activerecord-3.2 package has no
upper bound on the ruby-arel version dependency.  This can cause a crash
when ruby-activerecord-3.2 is used with ruby-arel 4.0.0.
