[DRE-maint] Bug#731184: dbf-rb: /usr/bin/env: ruby -s: No such file or directory

Package: ruby-dbf
Version: 2.0.5-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

calling dbf-rb fails this way:

------
% dbf-rb
/usr/bin/env: ruby -s: No such file or directory
------

I believe this makes the package unusable for most if not all users.

Thanks,
Christian
