Dear FTP masters,

please remove ruby-fastercsv from unstable. It woks only with ruby1.8,
which will be removed for jessie. It is dead upstream, and has no
reverse (build)-dependencies in unstable.
(Only the version of redmin currently in testing still depends on it).
