Sorry, I can’t know this any more, the test machine was
deleted now.

Sorry, I don’t have the resources to do so any more
(this being company stuff and all that).

If the steps (install redmine and redmine-pgsql but
not postgresql server, say yes to configure the DB,
then it fails, then install postgresql and let redmine
configure the DB, then upgrade redmine) work for you,
I guess the issue is closed.
