Hi Ondřej, all,

i've created master-stable branch and incorporated in it
latest redmine NMU, and added an rc bugfix :

* Manage and set dbuser default value like dbname. (Closes: #695774)

which i would like now to upload to unstable.

Alas, my DMUA permissions have not yet been restored (i never asked),
and it would be great someone restored the one for redmine [0].

Or, if you want to review my changes and make the upload, that's fine.
