This bug is known by ruby-nokogiri upstream,
https://github.com/sparklemotion/nokogiri/issues/829
and pinned it to a libxml2 bug introduced in 2.9:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695699

To circumvent this, newer versions of ruby-nokogiri embed a version of
libxml2 2.8 :(

I am reassigning it to libxml2.
