[DRE-maint] Bug#713820: license of NeHe examples

Hi!

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Doing some investigations, I could not find any explicit license for
NeHe tutorial, but found questions about it by other users, which have
been left without satistying answer. See e.g. [1, 2].

In this situation, I believe that the best move is to repack the archive
to get rid of these examples.
