Hi Daniel,

I am trying to update Moneta in Debian. While reviewing copyrights
of files introduced in newer versions, the header of
`lib/moneta/adapters/cassandra.rb` and `lib/moneta/adapters/riak.rb`
contain the following:

    # Copyright: 2011 TMX Credit
    # Author: Potapov Sergey (aka Blake)

Unfortunately, no license is specified. Also, the git commit has
a non-routable email address for Potapov Sergey.

Could you please clarify that this file is indeed free software and its
license?
